The Centre values the privacy of its donors, supporters, employees, program clients and research subjects. What Information About You Do We Collect?

The Centre is legally bound the provisions set out in the Digital Privacy Act and will notify the Privacy Commissioner and partners, donors, program clients or mailing list members of any security breach.

Online Donations
Online donations are processed through a secure server with the third party vendor PayPal. Information provided by the donor through the online donation form will be accessible by PayPal in order to complete the transaction as indicated in PayPal’s privacy policy. Donor information in only retained as long as is it needed by PayPal to process the gift. PayPal does not sell, trade or share personal or credit card information with any other third party.
Duty to Report
The Centre is legally obliged to report any situation involving a minor (under the age of 16) that is considered dangerous or that a reasonable person would believe that a minor child is in need of protection.

This website is owned and operated by The Canadian Centre to End Human Trafficking. Any content, including images, logos, software, systems, trademarks, processes, trade and and other info contained a propriety to The Centre unless expressly stated otherwise.
